This is just a short message to assure all our clients, whether past, present or future, that we hold any information about you, in the strictest confidence and only share that information with local authority organisations; like the town planners and building control departments, at your request and as a part of the services you have asked us to provide for you.
Additionally we can also share this information, about you or your projects with third parties, you have appointed, such as builders and structural engineers at your request.
We do not use any of your project details or photos of completed projects, for our marketing, or on our website content, for potential clients to view our work, without your expressed permission first, and should you ever change your mind about that permission, we would remove any information or photos concerning your project immediately for you.
We do on occasion, if you have agreed, contact you, to ask if a potential client, can come and meet you, see your project or call you to discuss your dealing with us, again this will only ever be Architecturals contacting you in the first instance to request this and after you have previously agreed to do this, we never pass your details directly to any other clients - potential or not. Likewise unless you request it, we do not pass your details to any builders or tradesmen without your approved consent first.
We hope this reassure you, that we take our clients information very seriously and protect it to the best of our ability.
